Our Father in Hebrew

The prayer that Jesus taught his disciples (cf. Matthew 6:9-13, Luke 11:2-4) is prayed by Christians, often a number of times a day. The prayer echoes familiar Jewish prayers from the time of Jesus. Here it is sung in Hebrew by members of the Koinonia Giovanni Battista, members of our Hebrew speaking communities.

And here  for another version

Our Father, which art in Heaven
Hallowed be thy Name
Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done, in earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive them that trespass against us
And lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.
